I have been living at the Novel Uptown for the last 3 months, and am in LOVE. The building is kept super clean, the front desk staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. I have had a few small maintenance needs, and Eric and his team are Johnny on the spot with repairs and solutions. The rooftop deck, pool, and shared amenities are well taken care of… I have been living at the Novel Uptown for the last 3 months, and am in LOVE. The building is kept super clean, the front desk staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. I have had a few small maintenance needs, and Eric and his team are Johnny on the spot with repairs and solutions. The rooftop deck, pool, and shared amenities are well taken care of and I couldn't ask for a better space to call home. The building is also very pet/dog friendly - they keep treats at the front desk and greet my sweet pup every day and after every walk. **(although I know most of these animals are pets and not service animals - shame on anyone who claims a service animal to save $35 on pet rent).** I was nervous about living so close to Colfax, but it's great and again, the maintenance team keeps the grounds super clean! If you are looking for city living, excellent space, location, and dedicated staff, this is the building for you. It is still new, so things change quickly, but they are very communicative and accommodating. Happy to be contacted for a personal reference.

The physical apartment at NOVEL Uptown is great, maintenance management (as well as the leasing staff) is also great and we have no plans to move. We intend to stay as long as it takes (several years or more) to ensure this building is managed to the standard it promises. We have had a number of issues since moving in, including operational… The physical apartment at NOVEL Uptown is great, maintenance management (as well as the leasing staff) is also great and we have no plans to move. We intend to stay as long as it takes (several years or more) to ensure this building is managed to the standard it promises. We have had a number of issues since moving in, including operational follow-through to fix or properly address some of those issues. Although, for a majority of our time here, there was no manager (just an assistant) after the previous one left the company the first week we moved in, which was the likely cause of a majority of the issues. And while the new management has not been perfect, we are hopeful at this time that they will continue to improve as they get settled in. Update 5/05/2006: Management continues to improve, and we currently recommend giving Novel Uptown an tour and see what you think!

Novel uptown truly is amazing, Cami really took her time to help me find the perfect unit and understood all my concerns and went above and beyond assisting me! I love the rooftop pool and the finishes in the units are unique but high-end. Crescent truly does know how to keep a building clean, luxurious and functional. Every apartment building can… Novel uptown truly is amazing, Cami really took her time to help me find the perfect unit and understood all my concerns and went above and beyond assisting me! I love the rooftop pool and the finishes in the units are unique but high-end. Crescent truly does know how to keep a building clean, luxurious and functional. Every apartment building can have some hiccups but the management truly does care and adheres to issues fast. Definitely recommend if you want a building that is luxurious but maintained well.

Just got moved in and absolutely love it. From the initial tour and throughout the leasing and move-in process, the whole staff has been absolutely incredible to work with. Bailey, Roger, Maddie, and Brett have all gone above and beyond to help out and are super friendly and knowledgable. The apartments are clean and modern. The building is beautiful, clean and secure with thoughtful amenities throughout. Lounge spaces, coffee shop, rooftop pool and so much more. My favorite part of the building are the views of the Capitol and mountains. North Cap Hill has some very cool history and it's an honor to live in the thick of it. Thanks to the staff for everything.

The property is modern, clean, and well maintained, though the location off Colfax may not be for everyone and pricing is a bit above some nearby options. What stood out most was Cammie in the leasing office. She was professional, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the tour. She definitely made it easier for me to convince my wife to move Novel Uptown higher on our list of options.
