Ready to tour?

Just got moved in and absolutely love it. From the initial tour and throughout the leasing and move-in process, the whole staff has been absolutely incredible to work with. Bailey, Roger, Maddie, and Brett have all gone above and beyond to help out and are super friendly and knowledgable. The apartments are clean and modern. Parking is secure and easy to use. The building is beautiful, clean and secure with thoughtful amenities throughout. Lounge spaces, coffee shop, rooftop pool and so much more. My favorite part of the building are the views of the Capitol and mountains. North Cap Hill has some very cool history and it's an honor to live in the thick of it. Thanks to the staff for everything.

Writing this review after living at Novel Uptown for a few months now, TLDR: if you are looking to move anywhere between Golden Triangle, Caphill, Uptown and Rino you should definitely tour the building and meet the Management Team. Had been living in the caphill area for the last couple years and wanted to stay in the general vicinity. Toured dozens of different buildings and so happy to have chosen this location for so many reasons but here are a few that stand out from other buildings/management companies. The Building: Great Location: Walkable/Bikeable to Downtown, Rino, Caphill, Broadway ect. Management/Leasing Team: Always happy to help with any requests and or suggestions. I have gotten replys from the team within 24 hours when I have reached out. They genuinely care about your experience here! Amenities: Gorgeous Indoor/Outdoor Rooftop Pool/Hot tub and Lounge area with amazing views of the Capitol Building, City Skyline and Mountains. Functional and Fun Common areas perfect for the WFH crowd and hosting friends. Cleanliness: The entire building is kept immaculate by maintenance and cleaning team. No Signature scent is used/needed because they actually clean! No "Concierge Trash" smelling up hallways like some other locations I toured. Security: The building/parking garage feels very safe. Building has on site security nightly during afterhours.

We hosted a dog event here and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The event ambassadors, Elana and CJ, were incredibly welcoming, organized, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made everything run smoothly and truly went above and beyond to help us feel at home in the space. The residents were also wonderful! They all were so friendly, kind, and genuinely excited to learn about our facility. From what we experienced, Novel Uptown seems like a fantastic place to live. The strong sense of community, friendly environment, and beautiful, well-kept spaces really stood out. It’s clear they care about creating meaningful experiences for their residents and guests. Overall, Novel Uptown left a fantastic impression, and we’d absolutely love to come back for future events!

The property exudes a modern elegance, effortlessly combining sleek design with an inviting atmosphere that makes it feel both luxurious and comfortable. What stood out to me the most, however, was the exceptional range of amenities that cater to every need. From practical conveniences to indulgent touches, the space has been thoughtfully crafted for a refined lifestyle. Equally impressive was the property management team. Their attentiveness and professionalism added a personal touch to the experience, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for. So many pros, my top 3 favs: 1. Squeaky clean and well maintained-No signature scent needed because they clean almost every day 2. Security-they do hourly rounds every night 3. Thoughtful community events-something for everyone from yoga to game nights and pool parties Special shout out to the novel staff-they are attentive, warm, welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Every review praising the team is every bit true and more. Best of all they genuinely love your pet and happily greet them every time even if it’s multiple times a day.
